Francis will be launching his Supplement line Benfatto Nutrition in conjunction with Nutriworld at FIBO in Essen, Germany and will be performing exhibitions on the 24 - 26th April between 1pm and 3pm on Main Stage Fibo. I would like to share with you a story of an extraordinary man I had the privilege of meeting when I was invited to his home in Shenzhen (China) in order to coach him and design a personalized Bodybuilding-Lifestyle program,
His name is Kenneth Ko, a very successful and highly respected designer in China, renowned for his distinctive approach to making optimum use of space, and unconventional use of form, and function in interior design.
Kenneth started applying a bodybuilding lifestyle after his mother died of cancer and reached a phenomenal shape at age 50.
Today Kenneth is over 60 and more than ever determined to improve his Lifestyle,
He asked me to come to China and help him get in his best shape ever!

PART 1
Francis' personal experience with the evaluation test.
Throughout my twenty year bodybuilding career, I have met a number of incredible people who have contributed to my success in this wonderful sport. One of my more memorable encounters happened in 1990, one year before my successful Mr Olympia campaign in Chicago. It provided me with my first encounter with the evaluation test - a specific training session designed to evaluate the physical and mental capability of a bodybuilder.
It was at this time that I met Dr Rene Meme, a French coach from Lyon who was building a good reputation as an expert in the field of strength and bodybuilding, as well as many other sports. Meme himself was a world class athlete for over 10 years. I had an appointment with him at Paradise gym, so that I could perform my own Evaluation Test which was a specific training session to evaluate my physical and mental capability.
